Hey guys! Yesterday, I did an eye look inspired by a picture I saw on www.beautylish.com. I really like the trend of the fall, pairing silver and gold together for a bold look. Here is my interpretation of that look. I hope you all enjoy!
E.L.F. Tinted Moisturizer in Spice
E.L.F. Studio Giddy Gold Blush
E.L.F. Studio Baked Bronzer in Los Cabos
Urban Decay Primer Potion in Original
Sugarpill Chromalust Loose Eyeshadow in Tiara
MAC Crushed Metallic Pigment in Campfire
Urban Decay Naked Palette: Buck (eyebrows)
Milani Extreme Wear Liquid Liner in Black
E.L.F Studio Cream Eyeliner in Copper
Eyeko Lipgloss in Mayfair
Hey everyone! I wanted to show you all a quick nail design I did, using the Avon Mosaic crackle polish in Glimmer Gold. I still have to figure out the best way to use this on my nails, since is my first time. I like it well enough though. My base color is China Glaxe Haunting. The orange glitter on my ring finger is China Glaze Ick-A-Bod-Y.
Hey guys! Today, I decided to update you all on my summer hair routine. I know this post may be a little late, but I wanted to work out the kinks before I told you guys. So, let’s get into the post!
- Use moisturizing spritz
- Massage scalp with grapeseed oil/peppermint oil mixture
- Moisturize/seal hair every night with Aussie Split-End Protector and oil of choice.
- Co-wash as often as needed (my initial cowash of the week is usually Wednesdays)
- Shampoo wash 1x a week, usually on Sundays (I use the Elasta QP Soy Oyl shampoo)
- Deep condition 2x a week
- Pre-treatment with olive oil on shampoo wash days
Once a month:
- Clarifying shampoo wash (I used the ORS clarifying shampoos)
- Deep condition with ORS Replenishing conditioner
- Search & destroy/dust ends as needed
I use protein as needed because I feel that my hair can get too much moisture way too fast. For my protein, I use the ApHogee 2-Min Reconstructor still. I sometimes use the Hair Mayo from ORS, but I am looking for another heavy protein because I do not like that one much. If you all have any good protein treatments you love, please let me know!
For styling my hair, I have been doing heatless styles, such as braid outs, and every now and then when the sun is EXTREMELY hot, I pull out my ponytail and wear my hair in a bun. I’m ready for the fall/winter time to get here already so that I can pull out my wigs and not worry about my hair for the next few months.
Right now, my hair is doing pretty well and I am 5 months post today. My stretch has been going well thanks to my spritz, and I think I will be able to stretch to August or September. I’m ready to get my stretch over so I can see if my hair has grown some, though I cut it about a month ago. My new growth is OFF THE CHAIN, but soft. Detangling is still a bitch and a half, and I’m experiencing some shedding. I’m going to try doing a black tea rinse this wash day and see how this works for my hair. Maybe I’ll have something new to add to my regime. We’ll see. But that’s all I have for you guys today. Thank you for reading and have a blessed day!
Hey guys! I just wanted to pop in a post a few of my makeup looks that I’ve done recently. Let me know if you guys want me to do a pictorial on any of these looks. Thanks guys!

Hey everyone! It’s 1:00 in the morning here and I’m up playing with makeup. I haven’t played with my Urban Decay Naked palette and my Coastal Scents Creative Me #1 palette in a while so I decided to pull those out and use them. I enjoyed doing this look, and thanks to my best friend, this look has been deemed Midnight Rainbow. I may do a pictorial for this in the morning. I’m not sure yet. If I do the pictorial, I’ll make sure to post everything in that pictorial. I hope you all enjoy and talk to you soon!
Hey guys! Today, I changed my nail polish from the border nail design I had to something more subtle. I’ve been really into wearing dark colors on my nails that remind me of fall, so I wanted to show you guys my manicure. Today, I’m wearing Zoya Julieanne and Orly’s Space Cadet on my ring finger as my accent. Because I wanted the colors super dark, I used three coats, though you should be fine with two really good coats. I love these colors on my nails whenever I wear them. Looking at Space Cadet just brings a smile on my face with all of the multi-chrome action going on. I love it! I hope you guys enjoy!
If you’re a part of the beauty world, you know about a new nail trend going on: border nails! Personally, I’m kind of “meh” on the trend, but I decided to give it a try. Here, I used China Glaze Liquid Leather, China Glaze Haunting, and Art Deco Silver Glitter for the border. I kept the border on my accent finger where I also used a matte top coat (NYC Matte Top Coat) before putting on the glitter. Let me know how you guys like it!
Hey guys! Lately, I have been wearing neutral, summery eye shadows for my everyday makeup looks. I’ve done many a variation of this look so far, but I always tend to go right for my Urban Decay Naked palette for these looks. Lately, I have been pulling out and using this palette a lot; I’m really loving it this summer. Here are the products I used:
Maybelline 24Hr Eye Color Tattoos in Bad to the Bronze
UD Naked Palette: (Upper Lids) Sin, Toasted, Hustle. (Lower Lids) Smog, Half Baked, with Sin in the inner corners
ELF Eyebrow Lifter and Filler (Lifter for my highlight)
Medium Brown from the Coastal Scents 88 Eyeshadow Palette (Matte one)
ELF Wet Gloss Lash & Brow Clear Mascara
Aveeno Lip Balm w/ SPF 15
UD Pocket Rocket Lip Gloss in Jesse
That’s my look you guys! I hope you enjoyed it!
